I don't know about the rest of you, but i'm finding the 12 skill slots to be EXTREMELY limiting. IMO they should double it. Yea yea, you'll all complain it'll make Geralt overpowered but I can't be the only one who finds that my immersion gets annoyingly broken eveytime I need to trawl through the menus to recustomise my skill slots based on who or what i'm about to fight. Skills and Abilities in the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are different than previous Witcher games. In the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt the player has 4 different Skill Trees to choose from and 70 Skills total to invest points into. The player may equip only 12 of these Skills at a given time, but they can be swapped out should the player wish to do so.

I don't know about the rest of you, but i'm finding the 12 skill slots to be EXTREMELY limiting. IMO they should double it. Yea yea, you'll all complain it'll make Geralt overpowered but I can't be the only one who finds that my immersion gets annoyingly broken eveytime I need to trawl through the menus to recustomise my skill slots based on who or what i'm about to fight. In the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt the player has 4 different Skill Trees to choose from and 70 Skills total to invest points into. The player may equip only 12 of these Skills at a given time, but they can be swapped out should the player wish to do so. It seems the skill system in this games is a bit weird ("equipping" skills) and requires planning to get the most out of it. You only get 12 slots. So if you did make it to level 60 or 70 plus the bonus from the places of power you would probably have like 100 points to spend. That means you could unlock all the skills for fighting, signs plus the yellow ones..

You can swap you active skills whenever you like, when out of combat. With total 70 of skills, you can't make Geralt which is great in every ascpect of game (like it was in Witcher 1).
